There is only one way to go off the exit; go through to the seventh stoplight and you’ll reach Hwy 13 North. Turn left on Hwy 13 North and travel 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Chula Vista Parkway.From Madison West side: Follow Hwy 12 West through Sauk and Baraboo to the Wisconsin Dells.When entering the Wisconsin Dells jump on I90/94 West. Take that West 5 miles to exit 87 for the Wisconsin Dells Hwy 13. There is only one way to go off the exit; go through to the seventh stoplight and you’ll reach Hwy 13 North. Turn left on Hwy 13 North and travel 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Chula Vista Parkway.From Minneapolis/Eau Claire: Take I90/94 East to exit 87 for the Wisconsin Dells Hwy 13. Once off the exit follow through to the seventh stop light and turn left on Hwy 13 North and travel 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Chula Vista Parkway.From Wausau: Follow I39 South to exit 100 for Hwy 23. Follow Hwy 23 past Briggsville for about fifteen miles. Once you reach the intersections of Hwy’s 16,23, and 13, take a right and go north on Hwy 13 for 2.8 miles. Turn left the Chula Vista Parkway entrance.From Eau Claire (via Hwy 12): Follow Hwy 12 East through to the Wisconsin Dells. At the first stoplight take a left onto Hwy 13 North. Follow Hwy 13 through to the fifth stoplight and turn left on Hwy 13 North and travel 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Chula Vista Parkway.From Portage (Hwy 16): Follow Hwy 16 North to the Wisconsin Dells. Once you reach the intersections of Hwy’s 16,23, and 13, continue straight (north on Hwy 13) for 2.8 miles. Turn left the Chula Vista Parkway entrance.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: Reservations are held with your advance deposit of one night's lodging charges plus tax per room reserved. If the deposit due has not been received by the deposit due date, the reservation will automatically be canceled. If a modification to your reservation occurs, the required deposit may change. By placing a deposit, you here by agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. Reservations made inside the cancellation period require advance payment of the first nights room and tax and are non refundable. CANCELLATION POLICY: Notification of cancellation must be received by 11am 3 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. All reservations will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per reservation. A cancellation number is necessary for a payment refund. Changes in arrival and departure dates require 7 days advance notice prior to your arrival date. Deposits on cancellations made inside the cancellation period are non transferable to another guest or current reservation. DEBIT CARD USERS: Please be aware that if you have given us your debit card for a deposit or payment, the charges will be processed immediately that day. If you decide to change your method of payment at anytime, Chula Vista Resort will process a refund to your card that day, but funds may not be released to your account for up to 5-7 business days. Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges. RESORT FEE: In order to simplify your room account, the following services and resort amenities are included in your daily $9.95 resort fee: Transportation on resort grounds using our shuttle service, adult access to the fitness facility, all local, calling card and toll-free telephone calls, incoming fax messages, and high speed wireless internet access. GREEN INITIATIVE: To support Chula Vista Resort's Green Initiative, we will apply a $2.00 per night contribution to each stay.
